Cancellation and Refund Period: You may cancel your order and request a 100% refund within 21 days of Payment Advance and Work Order generation. After this period, no refunds will be available.

Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation is made after 21 days from Payment Advance and Work Order generation, a cancellation fee of 20% of the Quotation amount will be levied.

Refund Exclusions: Please note that no refund is available for equipment manufactured by other brands. Equipment warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.

Service Warranty: Our service warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of completion of the project. Any defects or issues arising from our services will be addressed within this warranty period.

Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us via email or written application clearly stating your request for cancellation. We will process your refund request in accordance with our refund policy. In case once a refund has been approved, the earlier quotation will stand cancelled, and a new quotation will be generated for the revised order. (In case or order-revisions’)

Refund Disbursement: Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Any applicable refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after deducting the cancellation fee, if applicable. Once a refund has been initiated, it takes around 5-7 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your payment source, depending on banks processing time.

Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as force majeure events or circumstances beyond your control, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation if you believe an exception should be made.
